Topic #2: Tech in your workplace

Tech stuff in the work place? HMMM?

OK, I am currently the Lead Veteran Affairs Coordinator here at Full Sail and also a student.. (Sounds like the guy from the hair club for man also being the president of the club..).

I guess I am fortunate to be able to use all of the tools made available by Full Sail for the services of my veterans clients/students who attend.

We will be launching our Alliance of Full Sail University Veterans and will reach them using websites, blogs, twitter, face-book or any other means needed to attract that population here at Full Sail. What's really funny in some instances is that there are occasions where we need to choose one platform over the other just for the sake of managing how information is distributed and updated as needed.

Now I know this can be done (we teach it here at Full Sail!) but there are times when one more source of arsenal can be "Too-Much" of a source to handle. So... best business practices has shown, that perhaps during the first part of launching an idea is to see what others have done and used and then apply the same principles. Just as a thought, have you ever wondered that when ever a McDonald's Fast food is established on a corner, a Burger King is sure to follow soon after on the adjacent corner?

Burger kings knows that McDonald's already did the demographic work for them... SAME HOLDS TRUE FOR MEDIA distribution.
